Our products are not tested on animals and we source all our ingredients ethically and sustainably. They are also vegan friendly with science and sustainability at the heart of our product range. All our products have detailed descriptions and a breakdown of ingredients on each product page for further information.
Does Melly Sophia Cosmetics use sustainable packaging?
Yes, we do use sustainable packaging where possible. Our boxes are FSC certified and fully recyclable. Our shipping envelopes are highly durable and re-usable too.
International Orders
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! We offer a reliable and secure international delivery service to our customers across the globe. Please note we cannot offer Next Day Delivery for international orders. Shipping costs are added automatically at checkout depending on the destination total weight of the order.
Does my order include taxes?
For International orders, prices are exclusive of taxes and do not include customs duties and/or import duties.
Please note that we are not responsible or liable for possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. If a customer fails to comply with customs duties and taxes, and consequently the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be liable for the additional fees charged for return and in some cases, re-delivery.
